China is facing more and more serious water pollution problems. Given the current technical limitations, high nitrogen-containing wastewater using conventional organic wastewater treatment methods difficult to achieve significant results,especially in countries increasingly stringent wastewater discharge standards, to find effective and reasonable method of high nitrogen-containing wastewater treatment more and more urgent. Combined with the knowledge learned to polyene-polyamine graft group, the graft monomer acrylamide synthesized three flocculant. The results showed: Three flocculant have some effect in simulated high nitrogen-containing wastewater treatment.1、Polyene-polyamine graft flocculant with acrylamide monomer as the backbone, polyamine as the graft group, synthesis of three kinds of flocculants. Using infrared spectroscopy to characterize the structure of flocculants. Confirmed polyene-polyamine graft groups are covalently grafted onto the amide group. The best synthesis conditions: the optimum p H value 9.0, temperature 45 ℃, the best reaction time T1 is 1h, the best reaction time T2 is 3h. ethylenediamine grafted flocculant Molar ratio is 1: 1.3: 0.67, DETA grafted flocculant Molar ratio is 1: 1.426: 1.382, triethylenetetramine grafted flocculant Molar ratio is 1: 4.68: 1.65.2、The difficulty of high nitrogen wastewater industrial treatment,there are some defects in the present technology. These three flocculants were applied in the treatment of wastewater containing benzene and hydrocarbon containing simulated high nitrogen-containing wastewater and achieved considerable results, Also addressed two types of simulated wastewater best conditions. Containing benzene simulated high nitrogen-containing wastewater treatment of the optimal control factors: p H value of 7, the stewing time of 40 min, stirring rate 250r/min, mixing time of 6min, Ethylenediamine grafted flocculant, diethylene triamine grafted flocculant, triethylenetetramine grafting flocculant usage of 1.5,1.0,1.5ml. COD removal rate is 60%. Hydrocarbon-containing wastewater treatment optimum control factors: p H value of 7.0, the stewing time of 40 min, stirring rate 250r/min, mixing time of 6min, Ethylenediamine grafted flocculant, diethylene triamine grafted flocculant, triethylenetetramine grafting flocculant usage of 2.5,1.5,1.5ml.COD removal rate is 65%.3、At last, mechanism of flocculant synthesis and flocculating action mechanism were analyzed.Synthetic flocculant mainly Mannich reaction, flocculating action mechanism include electric double layer mechanism, intergranular bridging mechanisms, charge neutralization.
