In the progress of gel control for low temperature reservoirs, the low temperature can affect adjustable plugging agent in the formation of the crosslinking velocity and dispersion velocity, thus affecting the gel properties or failing to gel. Heat-generating plugging control technique is a transformation of stratigraphic profile for low temperature reservoirs. The thermal chemical reaction by authigenic heat-generating agents can improve formation temperature. This paper screens the basic formulas of authigenic heat-generating plugging system by studying the compatibility between the authigenic heat system and traditional plugging control system. On the basis of chromium polyacrylamide gel, with preferred heat agent dose, the composition and pH of cross-linking agent as well as other factors, the paper presents a relatively good formula of heat-plugging system. After experimental optimized, the final formula is 0.6% HPAM+0.4% Na2Cr2O7+0.6% Na2SO3+1mol/L NH4Cl+1mol/L NaNO2. The pH environment in this formula is 6.8-7. The gelling time of this formula is 40-60 hours, the expansion rate is about 130%. Experimental results show that heat-plugging system confected according the above formula has the characteristic of high gelling intensity and better chemical stability. Through the analysis of the pump injection, designing the process parameters combined with zhuang106-XK35 well.
