The shirt is both underwear and outerwear clothing function, which is one of the essential items in life. The market is growing demand for shirts. Shirt fabric has style variety, and different types of shirt fabrics focus on different demand for handle style. Therefore, it is necessary to study the style and threshold range of shirt fabric.This paper selected popular on the market of 27 kinds of cotton shirt fabric for the test and evaluation of fabric style, using the gray correlation analysis method to analyze and sort the related specification and handle style of influence.The Objective evaluation with the subjective evaluation method of SD indicated: wrinkle yarn fine and small density of warp and weft plain fabric recovery to superior reinforcement and twill weave. Cotton/polyester woven fabric helps improve its wrinkle recovery, smoothness and drape. The best density of the diagonal fabric is better and smoother than the smooth. Soft and yarn density, fabric density and weight of the smallest square Mick plain fabric has better feel. Thin cotton woven plain fabric softness is better than that of cotton fabric and other fabrics. Cotton/Lyocell woven plain weave fabric smooth is better than that of pure cotton plain weave fabric.Finally, through testing 107 pieces of cotton plain shirt fabric, the fingerprint interval and the threshold range of the handle style index were concluded for cotton plain shirt fabric with super thin and thin type material. The interval of a fingerprint can be used to judge whether the fabric has the handle basis of cotton fabric.
