By means of analyzing the current situation of the development of drive controller and drive system, taking the dedicated chip TMS320F2812 as the core of the drive controller, the drive controller of coal mine trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle based on DSP has been researched. Detailed contents are as follows:In the first, the work environment of coal mine had been described and the characteristics of coal mine trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle had been ensured. After the basic structure of the electric vehicle had been elaborated, several different motion system layout form had been analyzed and compared, the layout of the form to be used is determined.Then, the parameters of the motion in each part of the system were determined, mainly includes the choice of motor, battery, IPM module and sensor models.Afterwards, the hardware and software of the drive controller would be designed. Treat TMS320F2812 chip as the core of the drive controller to design the hardware circuit, and then the corresponding software have been designed and the software flow chart of each module had been given.In the end, through simulation and experiment, comparing the experimental data support and compared with the actual demand, the conclusion had been got. The conclusion shows that the design of coal mine trackless rubber tire vehicle driving controller can realize the expected function, laid a solid foundation for its application in the coal mine.
