With the standardization and industrialization of mining trackless auxiliary transportation equipment,trackless rubber-tyred vehicle have been widely used as important equipment for trackless auxiliary transportation.The trackless rubber wheel is a high-performance auxiliary vehicle suitable for large-scale mechanized coal mines,which has the characteristics of flexibility,strong climbing ability and good traction performance.However,due to the complex environment under the mine,narrow roadway,poor light,passing difficult,poor communication scheduling,and vibration and shock phenomena during the driving of the vehicle,the operating performance of the rubber-tyred vehicle does not meet the standard and the scheduling is not reasonable,it is very easy to cause traffic jam during underground operation and even secondary accidents.In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the operation of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle,this article studies the operating characteristics of the rubber-tyred vehicle.First analyze the rubber-tyred vehicle running characteristics,on the basis of rubber-tyred vehicle longitudinal motion analysis,operating in the process of research on dynamic characteristics and fuel economic characteristic analysis,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)decision theory,built up based on rubber-tyred vehicle power performance,fuel economy performance of the vehicle running characteristic comprehensive assessment plan,to evaluate the rubber-tyred vehicle performance provides a theoretical basis.Based on the running characteristics of theoretical research,on the running performance of rubber?tyred car engine test bench experiment,transmission energy consumption and road experiment research,through simulation and experiment results,have the best working area rubber-tyred vehicle for 1600 ? 1800 r/min,and verify the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the detection scheme,rubber-tyred vehicle performance detection subsystem for the operation of the dispatch system provides the security.Aiming at the problems such as resource waste and safety accident caused by disordered scheduling and disordered operation while improving the production efficiency of trackless rubber wheelbarrow in coal mine,this paper proposes to build a trackless rubber wheelbarrow operation dispatching platform by using multi-system fusion technology.First clear mission requirements through the human-computer interaction technology,inventory status and the status of the driver,and then determine whether meet scheduling implementation conditions by detecting system,a scheduling command,used in the process of scheduling the RFID technology will transport vehicle information and material information to the monitoring station,and through industrial Ethernet to transfer data to the ground control center,industrial computer operation algorithm,the use of appropriate optimization scheduling model is to send out the corresponding instruction scheduling scheme and schedule planning,and by controlling the underground rubber-tyred vehicle scheduling is completed by light show.This paper studies the routing strategy of the dispatching system according to the condition of downhole circuits and completes the architecture of the system hardware and the reasonable arrangement of equipment.In order to realize the industrial application of the rubber-wheeled vehicle operation scheduling system,the key technologies of the downhole high-precision positioning technology for personnel and vehicles and the path scheduling strategy under the condition of given auxiliary tasks are studied.The multi-method positioning technology,which is based on RFID positioning technology and supplemented by key node positioning and image identification positioning,is adopted to realize the high-precision positioning of 20 cm underground of the rubber wheel vehicle.The accuracy and adaptability of the BP neural network and BAM neural network scheduling algorithms are compared,the BAM scheduling model and scheduling algorithm are selected to realize the path optimization and orderly scheduling of the auxiliary transportation process of the rubber tire vehicle.Scheduling model,and formed a scheduling case library.Through the full-cycle performance testing research and dispatching system architecture of the auxiliary transportation process of trackless rubber tires,the operation process of rubber tires is ensured to be safe and efficient,providing a theoretical support system for the coal mine intelligent dispatching system.
