The coal is one of our country’s main energy, it accounts for about 70 percent of primary energy source. Within a long period to come, the function of the coal will remain unchanged.Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the major disasters of mine, not only caused serious casualties and huge economic losses, but also cause environmental pollution and the destruction of ecological balance.Fully mechanized top-coal caving face in the process of mining strength, caving space wide, face quantity is opposite bigger, one-time heritage coal is more, both for the mined-out area, the air leakage intensity big, two top-coal release rate is low, goaf two accumulation is a lot of loose coal, the goaf coal spontaneous combustion risk increases.Based on the ore sand light N4002 fully mechanized top-coal caving face as the research background, according to the actual circumstance of N4002 fully mechanized top-coal caving face in the scene, the theoretical analysis of the caving mining face of goaf coal spontaneous combustion characteristics and its influencing factors.Using the XK-Ⅵ type coal spontaneous combustion experiment platform, experimental research on the sand light of 4# coal of coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters, lay the foundations for the prediction of goaf coal spontaneous combustion.According to the actual observation, sand light mineral N4002 fully mechanized top-coal caving face spontaneous combustion "three zones" division,and the spontaneous combustion dangerous area were determined.Finally, put forward by nitrogen injection, grouting and goaf air leakage control coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control technology, guarantee the mine safety and efficient production.
