The 014N1-1 fully mechanized caving face is the first working face at the north wing of 1 coal seam in Ruian Coal Mine,and coal seam spontaneous combustion is serious.The Ruian Coal Mine lack of necessary basic parameters and research for spontaneous combustion characteristics,goaf spontaneous combustion "three-zone" distribution and spontaneous combustion control,so that coal seam spontaneous combustion prediction and comprehensive prevention and control lack of relevance and effectiveness.In this thesis,according to research 014N1-1 fully mechanized top coal caving face,puts forward the reasonable scheme of air supply,minimum propulsion,nitrogen injection position and nitrogen injection volume,and the wind interference fire prevention technology.The thesis through the field measurement and COMSOL simulation obtain reasonable crafts parameters,and apply to the production in site.The Ruian Coal Mine spontaneous combustion index gas can use C2H6/CH4,CO and C2H4 supplement,the coal seam shortest spontaneous combustion period about 21 days;reasonable air supply range of 838-1300m3/min;under nitrogen injection condition,the oxidation zone maximum width 27.7m,the minimum propulsion degree 1.3m/d;under on nitrogen injection condition,the oxidation zone maximum width 54m,the minimum propulsion degree 2.6m/d;the best nitrogen injection position from the work face 30m,nitrogen injection volume should be controlled at 350-400m3/h,quarantine wall can improve the effect of nitrogen injection.The results show that the simulated parameters can be used to guide the field fire prevention technology.This study is of great significance to formulate fire prevention and control at fully mechanized top coal caving mining face goaf in Ruian Coal Mine,and it can also be used as reference for other coal mine. |
