Honing is a specia l met hod o f finishing gr ind ing. Domest ic ho ning machine regard less of ma nufact ur ing le ve l, precis ion mac hining, or contro l mode. There is a big gap co mpared w it h fore ign ho ning mac hine. It is d iffic ult to meet t he pract ica l require ments o f high d ime ns io na l accurac y a nd high s hape precis io n a nd a high degree of automa t ion. Research on CNC honing mac hine and key techno logy has become o ne of t he importa nt research conte nts in t he fie ld o f advanced ma nufactur ing equip me nt in C hina. O nline meas ur ing is an importa nt part of C NC honing mac hine. In addit ion, it is the for mat ion o f honing mac hine closed loop contro l syste m o f the essent ia l link. Further more, it is effect ive mea ns to contro l of the ho ning ho le machining s ize dispers io n degree, to impro ve the s hape precis ion, to ensure t he machining qua lity.This topic co mes fro m t he “high grade CN C machine too ls a nd basic manufacturing equipment” technology major projects: : 2MK2250×150 Diesel engine w it h high power mar ine C NC ho ning mac hine project.( Project number : 2011ZX04002- 122). The ma in purpose of t his paper is to stud y the high- end C NC honing mac hine gas dyna mic opt imizat io n des ign pr inc ip le o f the meas ure me nt syste m in gas med ium para meters. Thereb y increas ing d ifferent ia l pressure type honing o nline gas dyna mic measure me nt s yste m of effect ive ra nge. Eve nt ua lly, it can be app lied in the high- end C NC honing mac hine of the actua l processing meas ure.The research o f t h is paper is based on t he theor y of fluid mec hanics. C omb ining w ith t he character ist ics of honing, thro ugh t he comb inat ion o f theoret ica l research and simulat io n exper ime nt research of differe nt ia l pressure type pne umat ic meas ure ment s yste m c haracter ist ics. O n t he bas is o f these s tud ies, t he t heoret ica l results are ver ified by t he s imulat io n so ftware FLU EN T. The ma in researc h conte nts are as fo llows :1.The stud y on the t heory o f fluid mec hanics as t he basis, introd uces the honing gas dyna mic measure me nt syste m t he bas ic pr inc ip le. It study on the dyna mic meas ure ment s yste m o f honing gas co mpos it ion. Fro m the a ir route str ucture and pneumat ic co nverter a ngle, compares the d ifference o f back pressure pne umat ic meas ure ment syste m a nd differe nt ia l pressure type pne umat ic measure ment s yste m. In order to provide a necessary theoret ica l basis and c lear d irect io n for t he furt her research of this paper, it is necessary to provide a t heoret ica l basis and a c lear direct io n for the s imulat io n of t he air cha mber struct ure, the no zzle aperture, the way of pressure and t he proper cho ice of t he sys te m.2.According to t he honing head and d iffere nt ia l pressure gas str uct ure and working pr inc ip le o f t he measur ing sys te m are derived fro m t he pressure d iffere nt ia l pressure t ype pneuma t ic meas ure ment sys te m under the fo ur co nd it ions funct io n relat io ns hip and the convers io n rate of t he mathe ma t ica l model.3.For pneuma t ic meas ure ment sys te m o f e nvironme nta l factors and gas med ium parameters ana lys is, focuses on the pneuma t ic meas ure ment syste m the gas resista nce, gas content and gas sense of t he impact on t he perfor mance of t he syste m, provides the necessary theoret ica l bas is and clear direct io n for t he fo llow- up simulat io n exper ime nts.4.According to the honing gas med ium c haracter ist ics and exper ime nt s imilar it y theory, ana lys is of t he different ia l pressure gas dyna mic measure me nt syste m o f the theory o f c haracter ist ic cur ve and gas mo mentum me ter w ide range of re la t ions, proposed pneumat ic meas ure ment syste m character ist ic cur ve m idpoint t heory concept, establis hed by gas med ium para meters o f gas d yna mic mat he mat ica l mode l of the syste m t heory point. It is proved that d ifferent gas med ium parameters influe nce on the meas ur ing ra nge of pne umat ic instr ume nt.5.By differe nt ia l pressure t ype ho ning gas dyna mic measure me nt s yste m as the research object, the t heoret ica l ana lys is and t he FLU EN T simulat io n co mbining met hod to stud y t he gas medium para meters o n t he influence o f d iffe rent ia l pressure type aerodyna mic range meas ur ing syste m. The met hod of "meas ur ing syste m parameters mode convers io n" is put for ward, whic h is equiva lent to the increase of meas ur ing ra nge.
