| The structure and properties of large honing head plays a vital role as a processing tool means of dedicated cylinder liner of high-power marine diesel engine for honing precision machining. In order to meet the production and processing needs of large-diameter cylinder liner series parts, a series of honing head must be designed and developed to support with it.Some issues like complex structure, high precision and difficult to design for Φ300-Φ450mm series large double-feed honing will be studied. Design and development of a parametric design system for large-scale honing head based on the analysis of the main parts of the structure associated with the dimensional relationship which provides a reference for the research and development of large honing machine. The main research work includes the following sections:(1) It establishes the basic structure of Φ300 ~ Φ450mm honing head based on the analysis and comparison of working principle and the main parts of the structure and function;(2) It identified the specific structure and the dimensional relationship of liner Size, honing head, coarse honing whetstone seat, the size of the cone and the size of the jack from the analysis of the coarse plovers and finishing plover respectively;(3) According to the characteristics of the large series of honing head parts, determine the development platform and general structure scheme of the system based on the analysis and comparison of several commonly used method of parametric design and development system structure and composition;(4) The main parts of the structure parameter database of typical size range of three honing head will be established with Access database management software;(5) Combination UG7.0 and Visual C++ 6.0, Develop the menu bar, Dialog, parametric modeling of large components of honing head, human-computer interaction and backstage access to the database and completion the development of parametric design system of large-scale honing head. |
