Honing craft is a special form of grinding process,also is an effective processing of the finish machining.It is mainly used for finishing hole processing.As the cutting tool with oil stones,the Honing head is mainly composed of the grinding head body, cone parts, plunger parts and oilstone seat parts.By completing the large Double-feed Honing head parts’modular design,the thesis attempts to ensure accuracy of Honing process and improve the efficiency of the Honing head parts production.The main work include: prepare the parts’ processing route,according to the research objectives put forward the corresponding method of module partition,through the research to develop a corresponding module partition evaluation criteria and complete the honing head parts’ modular design.First,to prepare the parts’ processing route,complete integration of various parts processing technology.And with the principle of improving the utilization rate of equipment to choose the processing equipment.Then,to begin with analyzing the module partition method focus on the function,module partition method focus on the shape of the structure and the module partition method focus on the life cycle.By means of avoiding the influence of artificial factors,giving priority to with the retrieval algorithm,and through the comparison of experiment and quantitative methods to select and calculate.In the end,put forward the new method of module partition, one single goal more options scheme selection.Next,on the basis of the advantages of traditional evaluation method,using the mathematical method of quantitative evaluate the classification results.Then the module partition scheme can be more reasonableAt last,completing the modular design of the large Honing head’s main parts with two purposes.
