Honing as an efficient, precise mechanical processing method, has now become the technology of hydraulic cylinder precision coupling hole processing essential important engine cylinder liner, cylinder body hole and engineering machinery, the honing head as honing machine direct contact with the workpiece part, will have a direct impact on the honing.In this paper the basic structure characteristics of double feed honing processing (?)50-(?)200mm aperture, the honing head parts using the method of material mechanics strength stiffness and stability analysis,3D model and the establishment of honing head parts by using the feature modeling method of3D UG software, and then use the parametric design and correlation dimension analysis on it, Association and the expression in the realization of UG size, to further establish the parametric feature model, on the basis of this, the two development tools using UG/Open MenuScript, UG/Open UIStyler, UG/Open API and Microsoft Visual Studio2008, developed a set of honing head parametric design system, including menus, dialog boxes, run the program module. To achieve the grinding wheel body, the top rod, small pyramidal, oilstone seat, parametric design.In the interface, input the basic processing parameters, the hole diameter depth, and honing structure parameters such as the number of the oilstone, click the OK button, the3D model can generate the corresponding size of the honing head parts, as well as the honing head assembly model, but also two-dimensional engineering drawing parts. The2D engineering drawings of the appropriate modifications can be put into production.By running the example, feasibility of the scheme is proved, the system has a certain practicality, to shorten the design cycle honing, effectively improve the efficiency of product development has practical significance.
