Real-time monitoring of oil and gas well data for improving oil well production life and efficiency has very important significance.The environment of traditional mining wells is relatively poor, traffic inconvenience, sparsely populated areas, and adopt the way of artificial touring well, not only inefficient, but also costly. Oil and gas wellhead equipments installed in the control box with separate currently at the same time, it caused many disadvantages. As the rapid development of modern internet technology, the microprocessor technology, and aiming at the problem of the current number of oil and gas wells to increase quickly, digital oilfield construction is imperative.Aiming at some problems of the oil and gas wellhead monitoring, this paper designed a remote monitoring system of oil and gas well. System is mainly composed of field acquisition device, the front-end monitoring terminal, wellsite upper machine, the monitoring center. The front-end wellhead RTU monitoring terminal is the core part of the whole system.The system regard the MCU MSP430F149 as the main controller.It is the production of Texas company with 16 bits bus with flash. The monitoring terminal RTU mainly realize to receive the information collected from the field devices, after processing and storing, the data will be sended to wellsite PC through the RS485 bus or the RJ45 communication. The monitoring terminal RTU uses the industry standard Modbus protocol to communicate with the upper machine. Then the data will be transfered to the monitoring center through real-time monitoring oil field private network. The design of the system software part uses the integrated software development platform IAR Embedded Workbench, it has mature development environment and modular design thought. The final design of the RTU operates stable and reliable, it can monitore the data in real time and meet the requirements of the indicators.The application of this system can effectively monitor the data collected from the wellhead, make the strain process for wellsite sudden situation in a timely manner. System can not only improve the efficiency of management of oil and gas field, reduce the workload of workers, but also can improve the efficiency of oil well production, reduce the production cost, increase the output of crude oil. This system has practical and social value, it is the effective choice for digitalization construction of oil and gas.
