Vacuum sewerage system is a new type of sewage collection and treatment system,currently,it is in a period of rapid development in the domestic market,which has many advantages compared with the traditional sewage treatment system,but also has some problems like the large equipment quantity,wide distribution,large amount of information and troubleshooting,these problems are focused on,and a set of intel igent remote monitoring system for vacuum sewerage treatment system is designed.The specific work is as follows: 1.Looked up the relevant information and understand the research status of domestic and foreign sewage collection and treatment and monitoring system.2.Analyzed the structure and working process of the vacuum sewage collection and processing system,analyzed the functional requirements of the monitoring system,and the general monitoring system scheme based on the technology of single chip microcomputer,RS485/CAN bus,network communication,and development of embedded software and host computer software is determined.3.The monitoring system is designed in detail,including the hardware and software design of the vacuum station monitoring module,the hardware and software design of the vacuum well monitoring module,and the monitoring software design of the upper computer.4.The function of the monitoring system is verificated in the industrial field,and final y run in the field for a long time.After the field test,the designed monitoring system in this paper can achieve functions such as monitor or control the runing state of equipment in the vacuum sewerage treatment system,modify some parameters,and data statistic analysis.It has a stable performance and important actual meanings.
