The Influencing Relations Of Third Class Risk Sources And The Evil Omen Event During Coal Transportation

Concerning coal transportation accidents, we always focus on individual unsafe acts and mistakes and trucks’ unsafe situations, but ignore the root cause---the third class risk source. In the thesis, we mainly discuss how the third class risk source effect evil omen event during coal transportation and the mechanism of action. Every accident has its omen. Studying identify and pre-control evil omen event is the major method to clarify accidents mechanism and control the accidents. Organizational factors are analyzed to discuss how to control unsafe acts and study the impact of third class risk resource on evil omen events during coal transportation,aiming at reducing individual unsafe acts and improving safety management during transportation.Firstly, we analyzed the basic theory relating to coal transportation evil omen events,identify the definition of evil omen events. we used literature review method to conclude the third class risk source, individual mistakes and the factors that influencing evil omen events during transportation.Secondly, on the basis of literature review, we compiled the questionnaires of third class risk accidents, individual mistakes and evil omen events during coal transportation. SPSS21.0was adopted to analyze reliability, validity and exploratory factors. The results shows that the reliability and validity of questionnaires are good; third class risk sources include four factors:invalid safety rules and regulations, unpopular safety culture are not popular, lack of safety sense of mission and invalid safety communication; individual mistakes include psychological quality, knowledge literacy, body situation and genetic factors; evil omen events during coal transportation includes identification of evil omen events, finding and reporting the three factors.Thirdly, based on exploratory factors analysis results, we built relation structural equation model of third class risk source and evil omen events during coal transportation. On the basis of questionnaire, software AMOS7.0 is taken to analyze path. The results shows indexes of fitting are all in range of application and the fitting of data and model is good, which verifies the research hypothesis. Each dimension of third class risk source has positive correlation with evil omen events and it influences evil omen events by individual mistakes.Finally, we put forward the precautions from the perspectives of third class risk source and individual mistakes. The study will help us improve evil omen events management from the perspective of third class risk source organizational factors, and it will provide new method and reference to coal mine safety management.
