Safety management is an important part of coal mine management.Because the consequences of the Near-Miss event are negligible,Near-Miss can be neglected easily,and Near-Miss management is not mature currently.Therefore,the study of the management model of coal mine Near-Miss is beneficial to providing theoretical guidance for the management of coal mine Near-Miss.Firstly,using the Hall three-dimensional structure theory,taking the management model,management program,knowledge and skills as the dimension,and putting forward the coal mine risk trillion Hall three-dimensional model to carry out the daily management of dangerous events from the micro-level.Using the literature review method to determine the eight scale factors of the program dimension and the four scale factors of the object dimension.Using SPSS20.0 to explore the exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire data,the eight scale factors of the knowledge and skills dimension were determined.Besides,taking the RDF loop as the operating mechanism of Hall three-dimensional model of coal mine Near-Miss.Increasing the time dimension on the basis of the model to develop a four-dimensional coal mine Near-Miss management model.Subsequently,in view of the actual operation and application of the Near-Miss management model,taking the fully mechanized coal mining face as an example,this paper analyzed the relevant identification methods,as well as reporting,measures,rectification,feedback and other management procedures according to the category of Near-Miss.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine Near-Miss management was constructed.According to the Hall three-dimensional model,evaluation index system of coal mine Near-Miss management was established which include 20 factors in three classes.The fuzzy evaluation of the membership of the index was determined by Delphi questionnaire.The weight of each evaluation index was determined by AHP analytic hierarchy process.Then the evaluation conclusion was obtained by using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reliable and practical,which is of great significance to the management of coal mine Near-Miss.The study on the management model of coal mine Near-Miss is not only beneficial to enriching the management theory of coal mine Near-Miss,but also conforming to the safety management developing trend of the current risk and hidden dilemma system consturction.
