With the deep mining, a high-precision geological survey technology is urgently required to avoid the frequent major accidents such as coal and gas outburst, water inrush. Conventional drilling technology to identify lithology and geological structure by coring, heavy workload and high costs. At the same time, advanced detection in coal mine hole, gas drainage drilling holes and other mostly non-oriented core drilling. Aiming at this problem, Mine drilling rig vibration measurement method is proposed to realize the identification of lithology automatically and effectively by installing the mine drilling vibration measurer at the back of the drill bit and on the drilling rig, which has an important practical significance for coal mine safety production.Based on time-domain vibration signal analysis,The automatic drilling depth calibration method including signal acquisition and recording, hammering vibration, inverted foot distance recording is proposed. Idle turning tests are carried out in the laboratory to simulate the turning state of the mine drilling rig with the rig vibration measurer system of independent research and development including the composed of three-component vibration sensor modules, memory modules, wireless communication module and de-compile software, which show a great consistency compared to the actual value.Utilizing coal mine intrinsic safe drilling rig vibration measure system, I carried out field experiment of vibration measure while drilling of drilling rig and vibration measure while drilling of drilling hole in drifting tunnel in Qian Ying Zi coal mine in northern Anhui; Experiment of vibration measure while drilling of drilling rig and drilling hole could distinguish the different working states of the drilling rig. Several representative working status as follows: 1)The characteristics of low frequency environment background while static state, 2)The characteristics of drilling rig vibration with low frequency whlie quasi static state and rotation with not breaking rock, 3)The characteristics of rock breaking in high frequency during rotary drilling. Processing the data of vibration measure while drilling of drilling hole with variance analysis、energy analysis、 time-consuming analysis、drilling speed analysis and spectrum analysis, vibration signal of two local drilling depth have characteristics with high variance、high energy、time consuming、high speed and high frequency, it means the lithology change into hard from soft while drilling, tallying with mine drilling lithology that approach of vibration measure while drilling of drilling rig in coal mine has validity in advanced recognition of drilling lithology and accurate calibration of drilling depth, it can provide technical support for advanced geological prediction and drilling management.
