With the rapid development of society, the acceleration of urbanization process is getting faster and faster, the urban population is getting denselier and denselier. Modern architecture is showing a trend of high-rise, large-scale and complex. More and more people concentrate in various large-scale venues, such as theaters, shopping centers and entertainment centers. It requires that once emergency happens such as a fire in these large-scale buildings, emergency evacuation measures should make as quickly as possible, otherwise it will cause great casualties and economic losses.However, most of the evacuation systems of the building are used in a fixed form, every region is always in a fixed route to the safe export, it cannot analyze the current status of evacuation routes which may be in fire timely. But people still evacuate in the fixed way, and they may easily enter in dangerous areas. Therefore, an evacuation system which can instruct under fire status timely, plays a very important role in reducing the evacuation time and the loss of life and property.Large and complex buildings can be divided into different independent spaces. The main factors of evacuation time in each space are flow density, channel type and the environment. We can get the number of evacuation people and temperature easily through the wireless sensor. The system which is described in this paper is like this:firstly, through the function of wireless position in the handheld, the commander of evacuation site can send the real-time position of evacuation people to the command center, then the command center can calculate the length weights of different channel, and then the evacuation time can be calculate too, at last, based on the D algorithm we can select the best evacuation path which spends the least time.The biggest advantage of the evacuation plan in this paper is that it can monitor the environment of large buildings timely, can anticipate the change of the flow density on evacuation routes, also can adjusted the evacuation routes timely if necessary.
