In order to quickly obtaining the product scheme, based on having deeply researched the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), axiomatic design (AD) and virtual concept design, the integrate method of product conceptual design based on TRIZ and AD is proposed, according to the three step of products concept design, including scheme generation, scheme evaluation and scheme achievement. This method is used in concept design of new-style stereo garage and its carrier.In order to generating the effective conceptual design scheme, coupling problem in AD is solved by the tools, principle and knowledge of TRIZ. Moreover, combined the conceptual design process model of independence axiom, the product conceptual design scheme generation method based on the TRIZ and independence axiom is proposed. This method is used to generate the new stereo garage conceptual design scheme, and two kind of its proposal scheme were obtained to meet the demand of tourism spots. That is, monotone point vertical turn stereo garage with its carrier and double ring circular partial vertical turn stereo garage and its carrier.In order to finding the best design scheme, according to the faults of information axiom cannot evaluate qualitative indexes, triangle whitenization weight function of grey theory is applied to the information axiom scheme evaluation. According to the different types of evaluation index, different whitenization weight function curve is chose and the improved calculation formula of information content is used. Finally, the idealization of TRIZ is applied to confirming the design range of evaluation index and the evaluation method of product idealized design scheme based on TRIZ and grey information axiom is proposed. This method is used in the two kinds of the new-type stereo garages above. Thus, the double ring circular partial vertical turn stereo garage and its carrier are determined as the best scheme meet the requirement of tourist scenic spot.In order to obtaining the last design scheme of product, based on the further study of virtual design and conceptual design, virtual design techniques is applied to the conceptual design of product. Aiming at the technical problems encountered and the existing design flaws in the process of product virtual concept design, and combined with the reasoning innovative tools in TRIZ. the method of product virtual concept design based on TRIZ reasoning is proposed. The virtual conceptual design scheme of double ring circular partial vertical turn stereo garage is obtain by this method. The technical problems encountered and the existing design flaws are solved in the process of virtual concept design. And the theoretical basis for subsequent detailed design is provided.Combination the results of above research, and applying TRIZ and AD to the process of scheme generation, scheme evaluation and scheme achievement, the process of cyclic design with the feedback mechanism of user is formed. Through the method of cyclic iteration, the best of design scheme is obtained and the integrated method of product conceptual design based on TRIZ and AD is approved. This method is used in the conceptual design of carrier matching with new-type stereo garage. After the scheme generation, scheme evaluation and scheme achievement of carriers, the carrier of clamp tire (synchronous belt transmission) is defined as the best scheme matching with double ring circular partial vertical turn stereo garage. The virtual design scheme of this carrier is acquired and the expected effect is reached.With the guidance of TRIZ and AD, the conceptual design scheme of new-style stereo garage and its carrier (the double ring circular partial vertical turn stereo garage.and the carrier of clamp tire (synchronous belt transmission)) meet the demand of tourism spots is innovatively acquired. And it has very important reference value for the research and development of the stereo garage.
