The market demand for stereo garages is increasing,their mature,and its mature,fast,and intelligent design and production have become urgent.However,if manufacturers of stereo garages want to gain an advantage in business competition,it is best to have more efficient design methods one of the solutions.In modern mechanical design methods,parametric design is an important method to realize the rapid design of products with high similarity in mechanical structure,which can effectively reduce a lot of repetitive work.In the case of stereo garages,the main design method is currently based on manual design,while the various types of stereo garage,the same type of garage specifications have an impact on the size of the appropriate parking vehicle and the number of parking,the overall structure shape does not change.Therefore,applying parametric design technology to the design of stereo garages can greatly improve the design efficiency of stereo garage products,increase the competitiveness of enterprises,and meet the needs of modern product design.This paper takes the vertical circulation stereo garage as the research object,aiming to design a parametric design system to realize the efficient design of the stereo garage.For this purpose,Creo 2.0 software is used as the research platform,Pro/Toolkit is used as the development tool,Visual Studio 2010 As the development environment,SQL2005 is the database management system.The application of secondary development technology,visual dialog box technology,three-dimensional model parameterization technology and ADO database access technology in the stereo garage parameterization design system is studied.First of all,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,the development status of CAD technology and parametric research of stereo garage,and discusses the main contents of the research.Then the structures and characteristics of several kinds of stereo garage stipulated by the industry are introduced.The vertical circulation three-dimensional garage is determined as the design object,the design process of the garage structure is analyzed in detail,and the structure is optimized at the same time,and the parameter relationship in the structural design is determined to lay the foundation for the subsequent system development.According to the design parameters and functional requirements design a friendly user interface,and in the Creo environment,establish a three-dimensional parametric model of the parts and components of the three-dimensional garage,and create a database management system to store the information of the stereo garage parts and components,and access the database through ADO technology;Completed the design of the Pro/Toolkit application program,connected each module,set up the operating environment,generated a dynamic link library and loaded it into Creo to run,and took the car-carrying basket as an example to test the system function. |
