With the improvement of people’s living standards,the growth rate of the number of cars in recent years has been increasing,which leads to the problem of "parking difficulty".It is obviously unrealistic to try to solve this problem by building a large-scale traditional parking lot.With the characteristics of high space utilization and low construction cost,mechanical stereo garage has become an effective way to alleviate the problem of "parking difficulty" in cities.However,in the actual storage and retrieval process of the stereo garage,the transmission system has obvious problems such as noise,impact and even gear jumping.At the same time,the garage is affected by the alternating load due to the cyclic operation of the vehicle repeatedly.The fatigue failure of the key parts of the stereo garage occurs due to the action of the alternating load.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the vertical circulation stereo garage as the research object.Throughing the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the paper carries out the following research:First of all,according to the information of suitable parking vehicles,the overall dimensions of the car carrier are designed.Throughing the analysis of the spatial motion path of the car carrier,the mathematical model of the non-interference of the car carrier’s movement is established.Then the parameters such as the external extension size and the radius of gyration are optimized;the kinematic simulation model is built to verify the optimized parameters.The garage can be operated without interference,the structure is more compact and the floor area is the smallest.Secondly,based on the kinematic principle of the chain drive system,the relationship between the kinematic characteristics of the chain drive system and the geometric structure parameters of the chain is analyzed.And the influence of the parameters such as the number of teeth,the chain pitch and the center distance of the chain wheel on the instability of the chain drive is obtained.The above parameters are optimized by using the optimization design method,and the multi-body dynamic model is established to verify the optimization results The results show that the speed nonuniformity coefficient after optimization is reduced by 39.4% compared with that before optimization,and the stability of operation process is improved.Finally,considering the fatigue problem of the key parts of the three-dimensional garage,the static analysis of the main structure of the garage under no-load,partial load and full load is carried out.The stiffness and strength of the main structure of the garage are checked.The dangerous part in the three-dimensional garage is determined as the T-shaped extended chain plate;Based on the fatigue strength theory and combined with the load spectrum obtained from the multi-body dynamics,the fatigue life of the T-shaped extended chain plate is carried out Through life analysis,the most easily damaged position and service life of T-shaped overhanging chain plate are found,which provides reference for the maintenance life of key parts of stereo garage.
