With the rapid development of China's economic level,the level of manufacturing has increased significantly,the private cars has increased geometrically,and the problem of parking in cities has emerged.With its unique advantages,mechanical stereoscopic garages can effectively ease parking problem.This dissertation analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the nine categories of three-dimensional garages,and selects the vertical circulating three-dimensional garages as the research objects,and designs and analyzes the core components.The main research contents of the dissertation are as follows:Designing the main structure of the truck-mounted basket,comparing its core components with the traditional vehicle-carrying board,proposes a method for designing the reinforced and ribbed-loaded vehicle-carrying board.Under the premise of guaranteeing rigidity and strength,it can realize the loading of vehicles.The board is lightweight and verified by software modeling and finite element analysis.Analyze the influence of the same quality of different wheelbase on the car,the results show that,under the condition of equal mass,the bigger the wheelbase,the smaller the deformation of the car.In the design of the lifting system,the problems involved in the traditional chain structure were analyzed,and an offset transmission chain transmission mechanism was designed.The design ideas of the chain drive and the design methods of the main parameters are explained,and the similarities and differences of the core non-standard parts before and after the improvement are elaborated.The Pro/E software is used to model the offset shift chain transmission mechanism in three dimensions.The movement simulation module of the software is used to simulate the track curvature of the chain plate and detect the feasibility of the movement of the mechanism.The movement of the analog chain plate determines the engagement of the mechanism.Rationality;accuracy of analog chain plate speed verification mechanism transmission ratio accuracy.The results show that the offset shifter chain transmission mechanism is more stable in reducing mechanical vibration,reducing transmission noise and alleviating polygonal effects.The interference phenomenon occurred in the process of carrying the car basket was elaborated,and the reasons for its occurrence were analyzed.By studying the limit position of the lifting chain plate under the three conditions of straight line segment,transition segment,and arc segment,the constraint relation expressions are listed,the main dimensions of the non-standard chain plate are solved,and the three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of the component are performed.The results showed that there was no interference in the basket during the entire exercise.The modal analysis of the steel structure of the Stereoscopic garage under no-load,maximum partial load and full load conditions was performed to determine the sensitive frequency of the cubic garage.Analyze the impact of working load,wind load and seismic load on the performance of a Stereoscopic garage,through static and response spectrum analysis,it verified the safety and stability of the steel structure of the Stereoscopic garage.
