Basis on the analysis about high voltage direct current water cooling system working principle and the requirements of remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance, the paper proposed the establishment of Goadland company remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance system services platform, achieve the functions of remote monitoring, fault diagnosis and maintenance support services for the HVDC valve cooling system running on the customers’ devices, The Service Platform fully applied to the related engineering project of Goaland company, construction and application of the service platform play a key role in improve the product lifecycle management, enhance customer service quality and service levels.This paper analyzes the HVDC water cooling device after-sale maintenance business requirements, proposed the establishment of a dynamic remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance system, and pointed out that the main objective of the system for the realization of the HVDC water cooling system of predictive maintenance, proactive maintenance services, products design improvements to provide technical support proposed J2EE architecture and MVC design patterns, Flex RIA client technology as the technical support on the health of the equipment including basic data such as users, systems and points management, monitoring, data acquisition, data dynamic monitoring, diagnosis of early warning, comprehensive statistical analysis and predictive maintenance program management system business functions.Diagnosis and analysis of business requirements for remote data, the RBF neural network-based soft measurement technology, analysis of the main steps of the technology, modeling method, the basic structure of the commonly used functions and implementation, focusing on the RBF neural network technology in the high-voltage DC converter valve block temperature diagnostic analysis in the transmission of pure water cooling device, using Matlab software, a neural network training and testing.Maintain the functional requirements for remote monitoring and smart, HVDC water cooling device remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance system design and functionality of the overall framework structure design, further detailed system functional design and database design and programming implementation are described, using the Java programming language to program code development.Finally, HVDC water cooling device remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance system, and remote data acquisition and monitoring system based on RBF neural network soft sensor technology and remote equipment fault diagnosis and intelligent maintenance system and application examples described. |
