The Research Present Situation Of Indoor Thermal Environment On Xi’an Office Building

In2005, the national standard of the People’s Republic of China (GB50034-2005) was promulgated for implementation in China, public building energy efficiency design standards stipulate that energy conservation design of the building, in guarantee that the same indoor environment parameters conditions, and not energy saving measures compared, total energy consumption of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting should be reduced50%. Energy saving design of all kinds of office building must be based on local specific climate condition, firstly, makes sure indoor thermal environment quality, improving the people’s living standard; at the same time, and improves energy utilization efficiency of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting system,in order to complete50%of the task of saving energy.With the progress of science and technology, the development of the society, the office building is gradually become the main battlefield of the main force who promotes society development. At present, there are countless of office buildings in China’s large and small cities, and then the corresponding comfort and energy conservation of the office also gradually become the focus of attention of the relevant personnel. Under the premise of improving the office environment and comfortable, enhancing the working efficiency of the office workers and physical and mental health to energy saving, have vital role to the society development.As the people’s understanding obout the importance of office building and its indoor thermal environment is deeper and deeper, many cities have launched to investigate indoor environment quality of office building. A lot of research results show that the office workers’the satisfaction of the clean air inside office environment, the ventilation facilities and maintenance is only40%, and49.1%of the people think that air condition of working environment can make themselves feel uncomfortable, and then52.1%of people think air volume in new office is insufficient. Thus we can see, comfort and energy conservation of office building indoor thermal environment is a problem to be researched and solved.In order to promote preferably low carbon environmental protection and ensure the office building comfort, firstly, the paper selects several typical office buildings in Xi’an as the research objects, carrying out objective field testing and related office workers’subjective questionnaire survey in different seasonal, and then analyzes respectively instantaneous feeling to the environment of office workers, calculates the indoor thermal comfort basing on the local weather conditions, points out the main factors influencing the indoor thermal comfort, according to the characteristics of every office building, finally, puts forward the improvement schemes.Based on the analyzing and calculation, the paper uses ECOTECT software to analyze the best toward of Xi’an region buildings, build modeling, and transform the palisade structure combination of the building to analyze energy consumption, through the contrast energy consumption, obtain the best combination of palisade structure of each building.Through analysis and finishing, the paper draws the following conclusions:1. Indoor thermal environment of office building in winter is too hot and dry.2. Relative to other office building, indoor thermal environment of the full glass curtain wall office building in transition season, the accept degree is low overall year.3. The thermal insulation of office building is better than the80s building, D-value of quarter mean temperature the ground floor and the top of the80s office building is up to5℃4. Relative to the winter heating environment and high temperature of the transition season environment, office workers are more likely to accept summer indoor environment having cooling conditions.5. The indoor thermal environment of radiant floor heating office building is better than other forms of heating office building.In foundation of the above tests and simulation, the rationality of the whole scheme is inspected and improved, and then this scheme can be spread to the national regions.
