Research About Energy Conservation Analysis Of Old-age Buildings In Suzhou Based On Indoor Thermal Environment

In recent years,an aging society has been gradually appears in the major cities and have a tendency to accelerate.With more and more contradictions between the endowment principle set by Chinese conditions like "family pension supplemented,community endowment,institutional pension supplement" and "421" family pattern-the typical miniaturization of family size which leads to insufficient family endowment resources allocation,family endowment problem has been increasingly serious.Turning to social endowment has become the inevitable demand,and thus stimulate the development of the domestic pension building.But old before wealth,late starting but rapid development of social endowment patterns have caused many problems during the current endowment construction,and the most prominent is living comfort.Comfort is influenced by many complex factors,so this paper mainly studies the suitable indoor thermal environment in the endowment building.This paper takes pension building in Suzhou area as the research object,and indoor thermal environment and building energy consumption as the research content,to sum up some energy saving optimization suggestions in consideration of both energy saving and comfort of the indoor thermal environment in the elderly pension buildings in Suzhou.This topic combined investigation and research with software simulation,and contrasted the actual measurement with simulation.Then summarized the thermal environment of the thermal comfort of old people in accordance with physiological and psychological characteristics,and the related pension energy efficiency design standard,observes through the research based on the studies about thermal environment and energy consumption in interior space of pension buildings.Field research projects including your old apartment,housing LeLing endowment apartment and silver home old apartment,the simulation analysis of comprehensive practical research on related parameter setting,the result is relatively accurate.Three largest endowment to your old apartment building,silver home the youngest,but the functional space types,pension building similar to the old man's physiological and psychological characteristics,demand for thermal comfort have in common,in terms of thermal sensation comfort is similar,therefore,the simulation of the selected pension building three functional space:the bedroom(old people living space),restaurants(special)using space,activity room(activity space,including the function room,multi-function hall,reading room,etc.),based on the indoor thermal environment theory,the three functional space by Ecotect software measurement and simulation comparison analysis,and parallel comparison,to find the problems existing in the endowment the building thermal environment(indoor energy consumption),targeted analysis,find out the influence of indoor thermal environment factors(comfort criteria),for subsequent puts forward strategies for the modification of the existing pension building energy efficiency optimization theory basis and guide for the design of the new pension structures.
