At present, China is determined to solve environmental problems such as airpollution, Beijing as the capital, the need to transform the pattern of energydevelopment, improve energy efficiency, promote the development of low carbonenergy. Natural gas Combined Cooling Heating and Power system is a smallCogeneration Equipment Layout of high efficiency and energy saving at the user side,that can supply clean electricity, heat, cold energy to the user at the same time.Beijing is a typical northern city in energy utilization, seasonal differences apparent,the two seasons of winter and summer energy use characteristics such as highstrength, long time, lead to electricity and natural gas demand increasing differencebetween peak and valley. Vigorously develop the CCHP system can not only meet thepersonalized energy needs of users, but also can realize the electricity and natural gaspeak shaving, is of great significance to safeguard energy and stable operation ofBeijing.In this paper, combined with domestic and foreign natural gas CCHPdevelopment situation and the latest development policy in Beijing, to research thesystem of CCHP suit for development of Beijingr, for the scheme of combinedcooling heating and design characteristic of Beijing, and the Beijing gas group officebuilding project as an example, redesign the system configuration, the advantage ofeconomic and energy utilization analysis of the system after optimization. At thesame time, according to the scheme in Beijing city are major public building type ofload analysis, feasibility analysis and planning studies, to determine the basicconstruction model. According to the plan has been set and the natural gas pipelinenetwork, research and analysis of key areas and system configuration of a period oftime in the future development of Combined Cooling Heating and Power system,according to the factors that restrict the development of triple Beijing city for theproject, put forward to promote and encourage the development of cogeneration inBeijing area project proposals.
