With the development of power electronic technology, the thyristor convertertechnology is more and more used in elevator system, simplifying the drive system ofelevator, so that its performance is improved. Entered in twentieth Century, VVVF systemof elevator running speed is formed by controlling the motor to adjust the stator voltage andfrequency, opened another chapter in the elevator system. At present, in the elevatorelectric drive systems, in addition to load large elevator also requires the use of DC drivesystem, DC speed regulation elevator has been gradually replaced by the AC VVVFelevator. In addition, along with the development and progress of computer technology andelectronic technology, the traditional relay control technology has been advanced, whichleads convenient microcontroller technology to replace. Engineers further improve thesafety and reliability of the elevator, and reduce the debugging requirements. Therefore,electrical control technology is the core of the development of the elevator, the elevatorcomfort is an important objective of the electrical control technology.This paper first introduces the necessity of the trend of development and technologicalchange, through introduce the latest developments in AC speed regulation technology ondevelopment of elevator technology; compared with the PID controller and fuzzy PIDcontroller anti-interference ability to select the fuzzy PID controller to control the strategyat the core of the elevator control system; analysis of the basic principle of PID controllerand fuzzy the PID controller, by comparing the Matlab results, the summary of advantagesand disadvantages of two controller; design method and steps of fuzzy PID controller, andfurther on the basis of establishing the elevator control model has completed the design offuzzy PID controller based on PLC, and simulation verification of Matlab; in the designscheme based on one hand the design of TVT-2000E combined multi-layer elevatorcontrol model of the hardware system, including mechanical part mainly includes theelevator mechanical parts, such as traction system weight balance safety protection system,elevator, the elevator variable frequency speed-regulating device, electrical parts includingPLC, frequency converter, a touch screen device, on the other hand, completed the designof software system, including manual control procedures, calibration procedures, automatic reset elevator Control procedures, call signal lock and remove program, the elevator cardoor open, control program, the elevator car plus, deceleration control procedures.Using advanced PLC programmable controller to realize fuzzy PID control, the PLC basedon the fuzzy PID elevator control system, through debugging, the bearing under thecondition of the change, to ensure that the elevator speed curve according to predeterminedoperation, make riding more comfortable, and verified by computer simulation andexperiment of fuzzy PID controller good control performance, fast response, shorttransition time, robustness.
