| The storage battery is a reusable power, its raw materials are rich, manufacturing processis simple and cheap, which has voltage stability, easy-powered, long cycle life and otheradvantages. So the battery is widely applied in railways, coal, telecommunications,automotive and other industries. With the advancement and development of modern scienceand technology, people demand battery performance increasingly. Battery manufacturers meetthe needs of society, strengthening its product performance testing, we need a simpleoperation, high accuracy, experimental data analysis to facilitate the overall performance ofthe battery tester.The paper completes the part of the circuit and program design of battery performancetester.This paper is designed the discharge part of battery performance tester based on theC8051F020, which uses a high precision operational amplifier OP07and high pressure, largeoperating current constant current IGBT electronic load discharge circuit, and the design ofthe thermal control circuit, which to solve the heat problem of the electronic load. The currentmeasuring circuit is designed based on FL-02, which solve the problem of large currentmeasuring. CH341T chip designs with a USB to serial circuit, so that the PC cancommunicate with the microcontroller through the USB port. The PC software is written in C#language, which is based on SQL Sever2005platform, PC software and the database useADO.NET technology to connect, and to achieve the display of data, queries and access.Finally, the system was tested, and the experimental data is analyzed, experimental resultsshow that the system can be performed stably constant discharge, high measurement accuracyof the data, the host function to achieve the main function. |
