The K type flashboard joint is used in the steel tower structure frequently, The thebearing capacity research of the joint is one of the main content of the steel tower design.Since K type flashboard joints connect by welding,the influence of welding residualstress always can’t be avoided in the process of bearing capacity study. Accurateanalysis of the residual stress is necessary for solving the reasonable bearing capacity,so there will be research of the residual of K type flashboard joint in this paper.The results of the welding temperature field and stress field are obtained by finiteelement numerical method, and determining whether accord with the actual.Load of thewelding stress field at the same time to solve the model, getting the node capacity,considering the welding residual stress, it is concluded that the K type bearing capacitynumerical flashboard node, except for putting forward a suggesting calculation method.This paper will mainly make the following research works:①K type flashboard joint finite element model is established, including mesh unitselection, reasonable division, considering material thermal properties and mechanicalproperties with temperature changes.②K type flashboard joint temperature field’s research, including the selection andloading of welding heat source. According to the calculated results of temperature field,getting temperature cloud figure at different time and The temperature distribution curveat one moment on different path in welding temperature field except for the temp-timecurve different path, and determine whether conform to the real situation.③K type flashboard joint stress field’s research, including the selectionandloading of welding heat source. According to the calculated results of stress field,getting stress cloud figure at different time and The stress distribution curve at onemoment on different path in welding stress field except for the stress-time curvedifferent path, and determine whether conform to the real situation.④K type flashboard joint bearing capacity’s research, In the welding residualstress, the premise of considering several important parameters affecting the bearingcapacity of joint, to calculate the bearing capacity of different size K type flashboardjoints, and to explore the effect of welding residual stress on the bearing capacity, at thesame time putting forward a suggesting calculation method which is applicable toestimate bearing capacity under load of such steel pipe-board connecting K type joint by using the software MATLAB.
