Then it compares and analyzes thepresent situation of construction safety management, management policy and existingmanagement problems at home and abroad, coming to a conclusion that there exists alot of deficiency in the construction safety management of our country, so we shouldchange the traditional idea, establish "beforehand prevention system", and combineprevention and control of management. Second, combined with nearly a decade kinds ofsafety accidents in our country and the reason analysis as well as a large number ofreferences, a construction safety accident types and hazard list is established. Further, itcomprehensively compares the construction safety risk early warning method of thehigh-rise building. Through the comparison of various warning methods and combiningthe status of our country at present, it takes the Grey AHP method to research the earlywarning from the micro slant the overall perspective. At the same time,it put forwardthe concept of micro slant the overall and microscopic detail view, set up a Micro slantoverall perspective construction safety warning system based on the Grey-AHP method,and carrying out an actual analysis by taking the example of a super high-rise buildingin Chongqing.
