In recent years,with the continuous rapid advancement of China's urbanization process,the construction industry has grown rapidly and made great contributions to the national economy's GDP.However,it also exerts tremendous pressure on the ecological environment.Therefore,under the background of the “13th Five-Year Plan”to promote energy conservation,transformation and development,green low carbon has become the unshirkable responsibility of the construction industry.“Reducing consumption and increasing efficiency and sustainable development” has become the main theme of the construction industry,and green construction has become the focus of many enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to establish a feasible green construction evaluation index system,and evaluate the green construction level of the actual case-Luoyang Zhengda International Plaza super high-rise project,so as to provide a basis for the green construction of super high-rise buildings.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of super high-rise buildings and green construction,and summarizes the green construction evaluation system and main analysis methods at home and abroad.Then,from green construction management,environmental protection,project resource conservation and utilization,reduce the surrounding residents.In the four aspects of environmental impact,the green construction evaluation index system was constructed.Secondly,the evaluation index weight was determined by expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process.The gray construction system comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the green construction evaluation model of super high-rise buildings.Finally,taking Luoyang Zhengda Super High-rise Project as an example,based on the constructed green construction evaluation index system and evaluation model,the green construction level of the project is evaluated,and then the applicability of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model is explained.The actual situation of the green construction of the project,and corresponding improvement measures based on the evaluation results.The research results show that the green construction evaluation index systemand evaluation model constructed in this paper are applicable to the evaluation of green construction level of Luoyang Zhengda Super High-rise Project.It is of practical significance to apply green ideas for the evaluation of green construction in super high-rise construction.
