| With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and overall strength,in the face of the sharp increase in urban population,the construction of super high-rise buildings has shown a general trend in recent years.In the economic cost management and control of the construction industry,the scheme design stage plays a guiding and decisive role in the economic control of the project.High-rise and super high-rise buildings are affected by building height,floor height and environmental factors,which comprehensively determine that they need to adopt a reasonable structural system and reasonable layout of load-bearing and lateral force-resistant members in order to achieve the requirements of bearing capacity and normal use of specific projects.The structural design of super high-rise buildings is a multi-factor comprehensive decision-making behavior.According to the data research,the construction of super high-rise residential apartments of 100-150 meters in first-and second-tier cities will not only have high traffic efficiency,meet the production and living needs of residents,but also effectively reduce the cost of land,which will be promoted as a mainstream in the future.At the present stage,the research on the structural design methods about high-rise buildings below 100 meters in China has been more mature,but there is a lack of systematic research on the influencing factors of structural cost about super high-rise buildings in the height range of 100-150 meters.With the popularization of such projects,there is an urgent need to form a systematic guiding thinking.The planning layout and structure selection in the scheme stage is a multi-factor comprehensive decision-making problem.With the popularization of this architectural form,the combination of qualitative and quantitative guidance data should be formed.It is of great significance and engineering value to analyze the changing rules of many factors that affect the structural design of this kind of super high-rise apartment building by using appropriate operational research methodology to obtain instructive data.Grey System Theory can centralize the objective and scattered information,analyze the factors of various problems by using the concept of correlation degree,and find out the key factors affecting the performance index with high accuracy.It is suitable for the study of the factors affecting the structural cost of 100-150 meters super high-rise residential apartments in China.Combined with actual case S,the main factors affecting the basic cost are analyzed.In this paper,based on grey system theory,the structural design model is established according to the actual engineering characteristics,the key influencing factors are expanded into multiple analysis models to meet the structural performance,and the data samples are formed.Grey correlation degree calculation mathematical model is constructed by using several groups of data,and the grey correlation degree coefficient of each influence factor is analyzed by using MATLAB.Key factors and the sensitivity order among key factors affecting the structural cost of 100-150 m super high-rise residential apartments in China are obtained.The analysis conclusion is verified by several engineering examples.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of many factors that affect the structural design,and establishes a grey system model to analyze the sensitivity of this type of building structure to the influencing factors considered,aiming at a certain specific function and a super high-rise building in a certain height range for the first time.It has a certain guiding significance for the scheme decision-making in the preliminary design stage of the building structure. |
