Project quality control is a systematic project, from feasibility study, survey anddesign, construction, completion and acceptance, there is a quality control problem.The construction phase quality control is the key link of quality control in wholeprocess of Engineering project. The effectiveness of the quality management inconstruction stage, relationship to the whole quality of the final projects can meet thestate standards and the requirements of owners, related to the successful completionand cost control of the project, so we must attach importance to and strengthen thequality management of the construction phase. Engineering quality largely dependson the quality control in construction stage. Its central task is through theestablishment of a sound and effective quality supervision system to ensure theengineering quality reach the standard stipulated in the contract and requirements. Inthis paper, the construction phase of Pingxiang People’s Hospital in three phase ofthe project quality control for research themes in a more systematic research. Thisarticle from five aspects affect the quality of the project, namely, human factors,material factors, mechanical factors, the factors and environmental factors wereanalyzed, and put forward the construction phase quality control system. On thebasis of the specific analysis of the Pingxiang People’s Hospital three phase of theproject, how to according to the characteristics of engineering project managementquality management control of the scene, combined with my years of practice putforward some feasible way for your reference.
