| With the rapid development of civil aviation, the imbalance between capacity and demand ofterminal area appears increasingly prominent, which has become the main cause of flight delays.However, weather caused capacity reduction of terminal airspace is the most common and effected. Inorder to achieve the effective use of airspace resources and improve the effectiveness and accuracy offlight plan, it is necessary for us to grasp the terminal airspace capacity situation on weatherconditions.This thesis discussed terminal airspace capacity on weather conditions. First, a sector capacityassessment method was designed based on the research of controllers’ workload by using humandynamics theory, and the terminal airspace capacity of general weather condition was obtainedthrough specific example; then the thesis discreted the weather elements which were extracted basedon historical data. After clustering analysis, the weather discriminant rules of each weather type weresummarized and the scenario tree of weather types was established; forward, the thesis used neuralnetwork to identify the type of unknown weather data so as to get the terminal airspace capacity ofdifferent weather types. Besides, the method was verified with a specific example. Finally, the thesisused a computer program to recognize the type of unknown weather data, and assessed the capacity ofa specific terminal airspace under the condition of weather. |
