From the management ofthird-party construction site, to prevent the destruction of gas pipelines from the source hasimportant implications for the safe operation of the gas pipeline.To identify the causes of the gas pipeline from a third-party construction site analysis inShenzhen in recent years was researched based on the relevant laws and regulations,construction and construction management, gas enterprise management. The third-partydamages in Shenzhen include excavation, drilling, directional drilling construction, andresidential green building, etc. The reasons include blind construction of large-scaleconstruction side in the case of mechanical excavation knowingly underground gas pipeline,secretly construction and unclear situation of underground pipeline facilities in order to avoidliability in the absence of relevant procedures, weak construction personnel safety awareness,gas facilities construction management lax, gas enterprise operation and managementoversight, and so on. Preventing third partydamage is from cutting off from the source of the accident damage factors. It contributes forsafe and stable energy supply for the city by implementing safe and civilized constructiontarget.
