The growing popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of e-commerce,making the logistics industry in which the tertiary industry accounted for an increasingly largeproportion. As the main vehicle transport logistics freight way, has a huge impact on theoperation of the entire logistics supply chain. However, in the course of the transport vehicle,the driver is not required to conduct driving route to the enterprise no small economic loss. Tobe able to travel the regulatory process of the vehicle, the vehicle companies need real-time,remote monitoring. Although the existing monitoring system can obtain the position and thetravel path of the vehicle, but needs to be analyzed by the playback control personnel. Withthe increase in operating vehicles, this model not only cause an increase in human resourcecosts, but also spent a lot of energy monitoring personnel. In the process of long-distancetransport, the vehicle will inevitably encounter accidents. When more serious accidents whendrivers tend to lose the ability to call for help when this happens the existing monitoringsystem has no way of knowing, and thus missed the best time of the rescue.In order to solve the above problems, this paper designed a low development cost,scalable, highly reliable transport vehicle state regulatory system, which has a path for thevehicle and the security status of automatic detection and alarm functions. In addition, the carterminal own state detection, judgment and alarm operation mode, change the traditionalmodel to monitor personnel to monitor and analyze the vehicle, thus reducing the cost ofhuman resources to improve the intelligence of the system.In this thesis, the main problems of logistics and transport vehicles currently exist for theproject background, first introduced the current development of domestic and internationallogistics and transport, and then analyzes the shortcomings of existing vehicle monitoringsystem, then the system needs to achieve the functions and objectives of the demand analysis.Article respectively, from hardware and software aspects of the design of the system werediscussed, and through practical experiments to validate the operation of the system.Hardware design of the system are discussed mainly in terms of GSM/GPS chip,micro-controller, and input and output interfaces. Paper, the principle and process systems toachieve the functional modules are introduced, and gives some of the core circuit.System software is mainly explained state detection software design, data collection andmonitoring centers and sending part, given the core source code and analyzes the workflow.After the completion of the system design, through the actual experimental test results show that the designed transport vehicle status monitoring system alarms accurate, stable.
