| The rapid development of social economy in our country leads to the growth of road lengthand the number of private cars, which are the main causes of the traffic noise. Consideringliving characteristics of the residents, this paper aims to analyse thecontrol scheme and its feasibility of traffic noise pollution in residential area, including thespread law of traffic noise,the control scheme and its feasibility and the factors affectingresidents’s willingness to pay for the control measures towards traffic noise.Firstly, this paper takes Guangzhou as an example,choose three typic roads to measurethe horizontal distribution and vertical distribution of the traffic noise,as well as the influenceof existence of greenbelts and screen.Then this thesis uses SPSS to analyse the difference ofhorizontal distribution with the existence of greenbelts and screen.Seceondly,this paper introduce the common measure to prevent traffic noise,and analysethe feasibility of greenbelts and acoustic screen,which better target the traffic nosie inresidential area. After choosing a doze living quarters, which suffer a lot from traffic noise, thispaper make a survey of residents’s willingness to pay for the control measures and calculate theaverage of the willingness to pay.Finnaly, this paper takes binomial logistic model and classification model to analyse themain factor affecting resident’s willingness to pay, and find out the key factor are familyincome,the degree of contamination and the living time. |
