Since 2005,China has become the second largest air transportation system in the world.Civil aviation plays a significant position and unique role in the strategy of building a Transportation Power.At the same time,with the rapid development of civil aviation flights is increasing year by year,the flight pressure is also increased year by year.As the basis of civil aviation operation center,the air traffic management system,which is to ensure that the air transport,general aviation safety and the efficiency of the core support.The air traffic management system is mainly composed of four majors: air traffic control,communication,navigation and surveillance,aviation meteorology and navigation intelligence.However,in recent years,the recruitment problem of air traffic management department is prominent increasing.For example,an organization can only complete about half of its recruitment tasks in the past three years.In this paper,I build the model of the meteorological students’ willingness of enter air traffic management system.And the senior students majoring in meteorology were selected to issue questionnaires.Through data analysis,the key factors influencing the willingness to enter the air traffic management are obtained to provide reference for improving the air traffic management recruitment.The study found that students majoring in meteorology showed a medium level of willingness to work in the air traffic management system,and the main influencing factors of their willingness to work are unit popularity,promotion opportunities,corporate culture,hobbies,income,parents’ professional values,social culture and recruitment time.Combined with the actual situation of air traffic management system,this article puts forward suggestions on six aspects: positive publicity,improve the salary system of technical posts,innovative the training mode of meteorological students,using scientific assessment methods,flexible recruitment time and reasonable career orientation of meteorological graduates.These suggestions have been approved and partially adopted by the leaders of relevant department.
