Urban waterlogging problem has always been the focus of attention. With increasingurbanization, urban waterlogging disasters occur frequently. The traditional "person patrol","patrol car" or a way to install surveillance cameras as mainly mode of urban waterloggingmanagement operation has been unable to meet the existing monitoring requirements, strengthenurban waterlogging of remote data acquisition, system monitoring capabilities and scientificarranged waterlogging monitoring point is the study and practice of urban waterlogging importantsubject.This paper focuses on how to provide auxiliary support for the urban waterlogging disastersdecisions for urban waterlogging characteristics, proposed urban waterlogging online monitoringand information services digital system design, developed a set of urban waterlogging onlinemonitoring and information services digital system software. The system is based on the Internetof things and different network (the Internet, GSM, PSTN, ZigBee network, GPRS, LAN)information exchange technology, using a unified technology platform (unified data protocol,communication network, database sharing), design of a multi-level system architecture anddevelopment of ZigBee site monitoring and control module, on-site wireless communicationgateway, management Center server, information services terminals and other hardware andsoftware systems. This system can effectively implement engineering conditions, water, rainfalland all other cities drainage automatic online remote data acquisition and control, andwaterlogging data and control informations online query scheduling, web publishing ofdispatching control informations and other service functions, complete the full azimuth guidanceurban digital waterlogging scheduling management, greatly reducing urban waterlogging losses.The method of grey correlation analysis and fuzzy matter-element Euclid approach degreeanalysis is applied to the optimization of monitoring points of urban waterlogging, throughanalysis of34waterlogging blackspots survey data of a city chung river basin in the pearl riverdelta river in May2010, and finally select20key submerged sites as waterlogging monitoringtarget area. Two methods are simple, easy realization, high efficiency, etc. Data analysis showsthat the result conforms to the actual situation, effective and reasonable, in the practical application of two methods can be reference and complement to each other, to make theoptimization results more scientific and reasonable. And for no waterlogging of statistical data, inthis paper the waterlogging model was established by SWMM, help to understand the health ofthe entire drainage system, predict the location of the points of waterlogging and waterloggingconditions, and it has a certain reference value for the optimization of monitoring points of urbanwaterlogging.
