At present, in our country, cracks appear in the box girder web when building someprestressed concrete continuous beams. At the present stage, This paper put forward asolution that we can use a new material corrugated steel web(BCSW) instead of concretewebs. And I summarize the five kinds of construction methods of BCSW beam bridge at thepresent stage. Since the BCSW not only can be used as pushing construction steel beam, butalso can be used as a box beam bridge web; and considering that pushing constructionmethod has the advantages of low cost in erecting, no affecting the clearance under bridge,high speed of construction,better construction condition, reliable quality, it shows thesuperiority of BCSW box girder pushing construction.This paper bases on the background of Shenzhen Bridge (61+8+61m) in Ji’an Jiangxiprovince. It was adopted the structure of the PC composite box girder with BCSW, and theconstruction method of stripe versus chunk with angling assisting pushing construction. It’s anew technology of integrated innovative idea. I mainly did the following work:(1) Summarizes the characteristics of corrugated steel web design concept; in practicalprojects home and abroad, analysis of economic comparison of corrugated steel web PCcombined with traditional PC girder bridge;(2)Summarizes girder bridge with corrugated steel webs of five construction methods;using the corrugated steel webs can be used as pushing construction steel beam, but also canbe used as a box beam bridge web, explains the combination bridge with corrugated steelwebs advantages pushing construction; the division assembled, without a temporary pier,feasibility fishing technology assisted pushing construction;(3) Analysis the stability and the bucking property of temporary towers. Make use of thetemporary tower and dragline function to realize no temporary pier pushing construction,and compare with no temporary tower and dragline tensile force, in order to verify thereasonability of the temporary towers plan.(4) Analysis all the stages and key stage of roof and floor concrete normal stress aboutpushing, and the shear stress of pushing construction process of BCSW, to verify thereliability of the proposed new ideas and methods;(5) Analysis and calculate the safety of bridge operation stage, in order to verify the safety of such kind of stpan accordant BCSW conbining continuous girders, and offer atheoretical basis to the design of this type of bridge;The aim of this thesis is to provide some technical reference for similar bridge designand construction, by studying Shenzhen Bridge in Ji’an across the railway bridge splicing,angling method assisting pushing BCSW combining box girder.
