| Cement mixing pile as a commonly used soft foundation treatment technology, the loadand settlement mechanism is very complex.This article combined the Shanxi Wang-fanhighway project, the highway of the test section inevitably through the upstream a certaindistance outside of tailings area, by the edge of the tailings water immersion, roadbed bottomis saturated loess, engineering geology is poor, easily caused excessive settlement, unevensettlement and other issues,it is difficult to meet the requirements of soil–filled embankmentsafety and stability, the scene uses cement mixing pile to process the composite foundation,inorder to analyze the stress and settlement of the composite foundation,In this paper the mainwork and conclusions are as follows:Combining with the characteristics of engineering application, using finite elementanalysis software ADINA to build a nonlinear finite element model of group pile compositefoundation. Under embankment load analyzing the elastic modulus, poisson’s ratio, cohesiveforce and angle of internal friction of soil reinforced area, the elastic modulus, poisson’sratio,spacing,length of pile,and cushion’s elastic modulus, poisson’s ratio, cohesive force andangle of internal friction as the important part of composite foundation, According to thecomputed result, analyzing each computed parameters on the influence of the stress anddeformation of the composite foundation.Furthermore,also further analyzing the elastic modulus, poisson’s ratio, cohesive forceand angle of internal friction of substratum soil and embankment fill have the impact on thestress deformation characteristics of composite foundation under embankment load.Results ofthesis provide a strong support for the engineering design and construction of the compositefoundation cement mixing pile. |
