In recent years, road construction machinery’s demand has grown significantly in a largenumber of construction projects with the developing of traffic, transport undertakings of ourstate. Asphalt mixing plant construction grab more and more people ’s attention with the levelof product quality and the reliability of its technology as one of road constructions ensuringthe quality of asphalt mixture, while the shaker is one of the key equipment affecting thequality of mixture. The results of secondary hot-sieving directly affect the aggregate mixingproportions and the quality of mixture, thus affecting the quality of the road surface, therebyaffecting traffic safety. To avoid this vicious Domino Effect occurring, we must grab thesource and make a reasonable design of heat aggregate sieving equipment–vibrating screen.To shorten the design cycle, to ensure the strength and safety of vibrating screen, to make theshaker into production as soon as possible, we must do some dynamic design to the sievingequipment. Therefore, the study of vibrating screen, design, and manufacturing has becomeone of the topics of great importance, for currently the time of domestic shakers’using-life andtrouble-free operation relative to foreign products as well as have a relatively large gap.Since the extensive production applications of biaxial linear inertial shaker in the actualconstruction, the paper will study the biaxial linear inertial shaker combining the3000dual-axis linear inertial shaker in Hebei province. For domestic sieve shaker is easy to wearand its heat resistance is poor, the structural strength of the screen frame is quite weak, andhow to dynamically predict the modes of shaker and how to avoid its operating frequencyrange, the author will solve these widespread problem of current asphalt mixing plant shakerthrough the relevant knowledge of vibration theory and application of dynamic simulationsoftware. Firstly, using virtual three-dimensional graphics software to install shaker biaxiallinear inertial shaker models similar to actual production in structure and workingenvironment. Then completing the simulation exercise, and the output simulation animation inthe agency model of Pro/E, making the dynamic shaker design become more convenient.While the motion parameters can be measured in the dynamics simulation, and drawing themaps of vibration parameters changing with time or the changes of acceleration by speed, inorder to verify the correctness of the selected initial design. And using ANSYS workbench of Pro/E studying the modal analysis, compared with the operating frequency to determinewhether you can avoid resonance phenomenon through fixing structural parameters, for thenatural resonance frequency is too close to operating frequency. In the structural strengthanalysis phase, mainly using finite element analysis, analyzing static and dynamic mechanicalof the structure of the vibrating screen, to ensure the safety and accuracy of the shaker in theactual production. And more importantly, in order to save energy, under the premise ofwithout reducing the efficiency, this paper did the necessary optimization analysis of theoperating and structural parameters of the shaker.These findings will not only provide a method for the vibrating screen’s optimization inbatch asphalt mixing plant, but also can be used in coal, and make some reference formetallurgy shaker.
