The transportation system in the "twelfth five-year" plan, safe and efficient transportservice system about people’s livelihood and economic significance. Highway tunnel ofefficient operation system has been perfect, in terms of safety or energy saving problem hasthe necessity. In this paper, based on ancient west mountain tunnel and direction of highwaytunnel ventilation control system, overcome the lag due to nonlinear Control System withmultiple parameter control is difficult, how to efficient discharge of the tunnel (main smokeCO, Visibility) pollution, how to implement in the tunnel fan start-stop control strategy,research and control method of the above problems are put forward.This paper is divided into the following four aspects: first of all, the related model ofhighway tunnel ventilation control system, including the change of the pollutants dynamicmodel, traffic flow model, determine the CO/VI to air volume control system structure andthe goal; Second, specific to the objective of the control structure and model analysis, thenecessity of traffic forecast, and combining the analysis with wavelet neural networkprediction method, this paper describes the full process of method and reference index, etc.,within the error range has been basically achieved the effective prediction; Again to the actualvalue deviation value, goal setting and controller combined with traffic, feed-forward control,etc., through the principle of fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy controller design of tunnel ventilationcontrol system, simulation shows that the reliability of the design, determine the number ofstart-stop control fan. Finally, the simulation platform flat building, the road tunnel ventilationcontrol system based on fuzzy control experiment and research. Software STEP7_v5.5andKing View, hardware is CO/VI sensors, industrial control, S7-300PLC, jet fan, etc., on theupper machine target real-time monitoring control effect.Verification results, in this paper, at the same time, application of the wavelet neuralnetwork and fuzzy control principle, fusion is applied in the road tunnel ventilation controlsystem, the ventilation control system not only has the strong learning advantages and canovercome the actual control of the nonlinear and hysteresis of defects, through thecombination of theory with practical engineering, the basic meet the requirements of the safety ventilation and optimize energy, shows that this study is of practical significance.
