According to the development of social economy in our country, the traffic flow has beenrisen sharply. As the transport industry develop very fast, the traffic congestion and trafficaccidents at the same time. It has large affection oneveryone’s life. Highway constructionmade a major contribution to global transportation, highway, also known as the high gradehighway.Vehicles which on the highway generally can reach120km/h or higher speeds, thewidth of the road is more than four lanes.Set among the central isolation belt, the advancedroad uses the asphalt concrete or cement concrete pavement,it has complete signs, marking,signal and lighting devices; It bans pedestrians and non-motor vehicles on the road,and itadopts three-dimensional cross, the pedestrian bridge crossing or tunnel through it with othercircuit.Since the rise of highway,our country’s transportation industry has been greatlyimproved, its capacity is large, the high efficiency of transport and low energy consumption,itmade a significant contribution for the national life and social development,it has animportant role in the social and economic development in our country,but also bear theimportant responsibility. But the rise of the highway, its operation appeared manyproblems,such as:the phenomenon such as highway traffic congestion, traffic accidents.In thisarticle,Iresearch lots of traffic accident characterin order toimprove highway traffic capacityand service level by highway intelligent traffic controltheory.This article first studies on the research status of our country’s highway intelligentcontroland the relationship between the traffic flow parameters,then introduces severalhighway and the entrance ramp control method and pointed that the entrance ramp controlmethod is the most important intelligent and effective control method.According to therandomness of expressway traffic system and dynamic, it is difficult to use a precisemathematical model to represent the characteristics of the system.This article adopts the fuzzycontrol method and setting parameters to determine the regulation of freeway on-ramp.Itfinally achieve the goal that the real-time performs good on the on-ramp control.This paperediting the fuzzy rules method twice to adjust maximum limit speed and simulated this method with Matlab.In my theory,the coordinate of on-ramp control and main control usedouble input and double output,in which the ramp regulation maximum limit and vehiclespeedcan adjust the fusion location as the output.
