| Asphalt mixture mixing equipment is one of the main construction machinery for theasphalt pavement, which plays an important role in highway construction in our country. Itcan be divided into two types: intermittent and continuous, the intermittent asphalt mixingequipment can better ensure graded asphalt mixture with the secondary screening ofvibrating screen and the secondary metering and match of electronic weighing system,thus, the intermittent asphalt mixing equipment is the first choice of key projectsconstruction such as highways in our country. Asphalt mixture mixing equipment is the coreequipment of construction machinery for the asphalt pavement, its screening efficiency andproduction have extremely important influence in the production quality. Currentlymulti-linear vibrating screen is the common asphalt mixing equipment, but relatively fewresearches on the multi-linear vibrating screen in the world. With the rapid development ofthe construction technology, the gradation demand in the construction of asphalt pavementhas becoming more stringent, and the production quality for vibrating screen has a higherrequirements and standards, traditional theoretical system and design methods can no longermeet the multi-shaker. Thus, this paper aims at making multi-linear vibrating screen toachieve higher production quality and excellent reliability by reasonable designing for thevibrating screen of3000asphalt mixing equipment.In this thesis, we put the multi-layer vibrating screen of3000asphalt mixing equipmentwhich is provided in a factory as research object. The concrete research and analysis was made asfollow:According to the results of test and survey, the3000asphalt mixing equipment needed tomeet the production rate of240t/h, screening efficiency to reach more than85%, as a basisto determine the operating parameters associated multi-linear vibrating screen. Whichincludes mesh layers and aperture, screen size, screen surface inclination angle of thevibration direction, amplitude, frequency, vibration excitation force and strength. Andcalculate the associated dynamical parameters according to the working principles of the equipment.By ANSYS simulation tools to obtained the3D virtual models of the vibrating screen which is basedon mechanical picture, and add to exciting force and constraints for static and dynamic simulation analysis, according to the simulation results to analyze whether the design of the overall strength and relevantparameters meet the reliability requirements and consistent with the experimental results. And then predictand analyze its normal operation by the problems, so that the multi-linear vibrating screen achieves higherproduction quality and good reliability.This paper have made a reasonable design for the multi-linear vibrating screen bytheoretical analysis and simulation analysis of the3000asphalt mixing plant and providesome reference for the multi-linear vibrating screen design. Research papers, helping asphaltmixing rational design and use of multi-linear vibrating screen equipment. The research resultsof this thesis gives a foundation for designing and using vibrating screen which is used in asphalt mixturemixing equipment. |
