| This paper analyzes about the problems of redevelopment of industrial wastelandof mining area, and put forward the requirements about suitability evaluation. On thebasis of summarizing the related theories and methods both in the world, it exploresthe index system and evaluation model about suitability evaluation of redevelopmentof industrial wasteland of mining area.Because the factors that affects the suitability of redevelopment of industrialwasteland of mining area are complex, it have to combine the quantitative andqualitative method to evaluate influence factors.The results shows that the evaluation system build by this paper is suitable forsuitability evaluation of redevelopment of industrial wasteland of mining area. Aimingat the particularity of industrial wasteland of mining area, this paper put forward theindex system combining with the special index and basic index. In addition, theevaluation method supported by GIS is an effective means. In order to exert betterfunctions of GIS, The author constructs a spatial database about the industrialwasteland in mining area, which lays the foundation of scientific evaluation method.Finally, It has completed the suitability evaluation of redevelopment of industrialwasteland of Yangzhuang mining area in Huaibei city. Through the evaluation processof multiple factors comprehensive evaluation, appropriate evaluation and comparativeevaluation, it is concluded that the evaluation results about the five different type ofredevelopment of industrial wasteland of mining area. It is sorted by size: Agricultureand forestry, aquaculture, residential, commercial and service, industrial. |
