Blast furnace gas is the by-product energy that is produced in metallurgical industryiron making production,it is also one of the main blast furnace of the production.Theexhaust temperature of the blast furnace gas is about700℃,there is a larger recovery valueof the flue gas waste heat,seeking for the effective use of the waste heat has becomenecessary.The purpose of the calculation of the blast furnace gas waste heat boilerhydrodynamic is to determine the optimal circuit structure by designing the waste heatboiler or changing the large modification of the circulatory,checking the reliability of theheating surface evaporation,and put forward the reliability measures.The main content of thehydrodynamic calculation include determining the circulation ratio circulating flow,loop ofall kinds of pressure difference and reliability and so on.Through the study of the structure characteristics of the blast furnace gas waste heatboiler and the process of the natural water cycle,this paper established the mathematicalmodel of hydrodynamic calculation,than determined the calculation method of each sectionof system and the solving specific process of the nonlinear equations.On this basis,using theobject oriented programming language c++,and using the Visual Studio2010visualprogramming software and Excel2007mixed programming,making the computational dataimported into Excel2007by using the Automation technology,and deal with the data resultswith MATLAB2008.The function of the software mainly includes the databaseconstruction,opening the file function;hydrodynamic calculation function;the function of theoutput of the calculation results and the calculation function of the embedded water andwater vapor properties.The calculation results are stored in the form of Excel spreadsheetsin the user database,it can more direct response to the user to view and analysis.Checking calculation of the software by the example of the the boiler hydrodynamiccalculation in the literature,through this method can verify the reliability and accuracy of thesoftware,At the same time with the blast furnace gas waste heat boiler as anexample,calculation and analysis the hydrodynamic by using this software,then we can getthe the operation parameters and structure parameters on the effects of hydrodynamicparameters,the results provides a good basis of the optimization design of the blast furnacegas waste heat boiler system.
