Reliability centered maintenance analysis is one important content of thesupportability analysis, according to the principle of maintaining equipmentreliability and safety with the least maintenance resource consuming. Theprocess using logic determination to confirm preventability maintenance requestis a systematic method of analyzing and confirming preventability maintenancerequest, formulating preventability maintenance outline. Traditional speaking,reliability centered maintenance analysis is based on continuous working productwhich can be continuously monitored. However, guided missile needs to be longkept and once used, will experience long-term environment stress liketemperature, humidity, fungus, salt fog in keeping process, and long timevibrating stress in transportation, assemble and unassembled and combatreadiness on duty. If combat mission is needed, it will be faced with the crisiscondition that equipments cannot be timely maintained, or there are no availableequipments.This paper uses guided missile supportability analysis research as thebackground, combines the guided missile feature of long kept and once used,according to the principle of keeping the guided missile in good condition withthe least maintenance resource consuming, and the reliability after the launchingmission, explicit the objective, basic principle and main content, constructs theanalysis flow of guided missile RCMA. Based on reliability centeredmaintenance project confirming, maintenance strategy analysis andpreventability maintenance decision analysis, it presents the method of theguided missile, equipment and structure RCMA. This research achievement canhelp the reliability centered maintenance analysis work for the guided missileproduct in developing process, and is beneficial to the planning of maintenancesupportable system, enhance the guided missile condition and the rate of success,and has important significance on handing out the fighting efficiency of guidedmissile.
