In order to record communication message between the aircraft and the trainingbomb, and to monitor the training bomb working condition, so pilot’s skill of themissile operations can be raised throghth the analysis of the data recorded, a flighttraining missile interface signals recorder is developed in this dissertation. Thisrecorder has a strong versatility, it is mainly based on GJB1188A interface. It’ssuccessful development has a very important practical significance for improving thelevel of pilot flight training and shortening the training period.The functional requirements and performance indicators of the system wasdetermined according to the analysis of GJB1188A interface signal. The DSP+FPGAmaster structure was used in the hardware design, the hardware circuit of1channelvideo capture, communications signal acquisition,8channel digital I/O signalacquisition and6channel analog signal acquisition were designed separatly, and the8GB storage module of signal acquisition was designed for storing the acquised data.The module of video capture used the method of video compression/decompressionto reduce the instrument’s pressure for data processing and storage, The module ofcommunications signal acquisition implemented the function of4channel RS422signal acquisition and1channel1553B bus monitor. Meanwhile, the interface controllogics of various signal acquisition modules and signal acquisition storage modulewere developed in the FPGA.In the software design, the CCS3.3was used to complete the development ofDSP program. The function of video capture was implemented, while the control ofcommunications signal acquisition, digital I/O signal acquisition and analog signalacquisition was achieved, and cached data can be read from the acquisition channelsunder the control of DSP, the control program of reading or writing to a CF card wasdeveloped for storage and playback of data acquised. LabWindows CVI8.5was usedto design the panels of this instrument, and the PC program was writed to preparationof PC program to implement functions such as communications of network, theconfiguration of signal to acquise and the upload of data acquised.Finally, the developed recorder was tested, and we analyzed the test results. Testresults showed that the design of this instrument was correct, the structure wasreasonable, the instrument achieved the functional and performance requirements.
