Research On Landscape Renovation Of Mudanjiang Renmin Park

City park landscape is an important branch of contemporary landscape design. It is important for improving the people’s economy and living standards. It is also important for improving urban landscape level. This paper regards the practice of city park renovation project as the starting point and learns from environmental consciousness and public behavioral theory. It uses the methods of survey and comprehensive analysis to expand the theory exploration and design practice of four important landscape nodes in Mudanjiang People’s Park (MPP). Based on the theory of environmental perception and public behavioral theory, it proposes the method for updating frigid city park landscape and finally finish MPP reconstruction project.Through combing design practice, the study summarize experience of frigid urban parks renovation. It aims at improving the status of landscapes in MPP and satisfying the current entertainment needs of urban residents in their daily life. So that, It can highlight the humane care of MPP, heritage Mudanjiang historical culture, and create the "New " landscape in "Old" parks.The contents of this paper is divided into three parts:the first part-ask questions. By the demands of current user’s need and the status of current social develpment and frigid park landscapes, this paper combines with relevant research results from domestic and overseas, proposes the main contents and sortes out the research framework; The second part-analyze problems. This paper starts with the updated background of MPP landscape and focuses on the existing problems in the background. It summarizes the affecting factors for MPP landscape updates, clarify the principles of MPP landscape updates and makes a deep analysis on its main content of landscape updates design; The third part-solve problems. Through the comprehensive research, this paper develops the design orientation and specific reconstruction plan for MPP landscape updates design, and classify the four nodes in this reconstruction project into three categories to solve the current problems of MPP, which means expanding updatng practice on the two entrances landscape, the eyeglasses lake water landscape and the park facilitie. So that it would make MPP landscape fit the needs of era development, improve the city’s image, and provide residents a comfortable and convenient entertainment environment as well.
