Study On Landscape Aging Design Of Yangliuwan Residential Real Estate In Miyi County Based On Environmental Perception Theory

The aging population is a severe reality facing China,causing a series of social problems.Home-based elderly care,as the most suitable way of providing for the elderly in China,depends on the quality of the residential landscape environment,which has a direct impact on the comfort of the elderly.Based on the realistic background of the imbalance between the aging population and the growing economic demand for aging in China,the issues of how to improve the landscape design of aging housing,meet the needs of the elderly,expand real estate consumption,and promote coordinated social development need to be urgently addressed.This study is expected to explore a landscape environment that adapts to the residential needs of the elderly through research on the aging design of residential landscape,create a healthy,beautiful,dynamic,cultural,and safe landscape space,promote neighborhood communication activities,and create a residential landscape beneficial to the physical and mental health of the elderly,providing reference for future residential landscape aging design.This article summarizes the research results of residential real estate landscape design and aging friendly landscape design at home and abroad,laying a theoretical and methodological foundation for the research.Focusing on the activity status and landscape satisfaction of the elderly in residential areas,based on field research,experiments,and domestic research on the landscape of aging residential areas,this paper analyzes the relationship and needs between environmental perception and aging landscape,and summarizes that the landscape design of aging residential real estate can combine the physiological,psychological,and behavioral characteristics of environmental perception theory as the basis for research.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),an evaluation system of aged residential landscape with 10 indicator levels was constructed.Based on the evaluation of the sample community,the study suggests that safety assurance should be considered first for the aged residential landscape,including safety design and accessibility design;The second is the five senses experience in landscape space,including the visual environment elements in the landscape and the ease of touch of the landscape environment,the acoustic environment,and the aging design of environmental smells;Finally,the creation of a sense of belonging in regional culture mainly includes the creation of a sense of belonging in landscape space,the setting of private areas and communication spaces,and the application of regional culture in landscape elements.Based on the evaluation and research results,the overall planning was proposed to build a point,line,and plane suitable for the old landscape pattern;Give priority to safety and create a barrier-free transportation system;Enrich landscape elements and create a five-sense experience landscape place;A design strategy for introducing culture and stimulating community belonging and resonance.The design methods are elaborated from the aspects of security,spatial elements,transportation system,communication space,service facilities,and cultural attribution design in the residential landscape.In order to further verify the above research conclusions and methods,an empirical design was conducted with Yangliuwan Community in Miyi County,Sichuan Province as the object of landscape design for aging suitable residential buildings.Promoting the integration of environmental perception theory and landscape design disciplines,and constructing a scientific landscape evaluation system to better meet the physiological and psychological needs of users can not only provide theoretical and technical support for the aging residential real estate landscape,but also provide reference for the landscape design of other residential areas.Facing the reality of an aging society,the landscape design of residential real estate suitable for the elderly is conducive to the physical and mental health development of the elderly group and the construction of a harmonious community;Responding to the corresponding national policies,it promotes the construction of high-quality human settlements,achieves harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and promotes the construction of a green ecological,beautiful and livable urban environment.
